Return Policy

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason:
1. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of delivery date, unless defective.
2. No discontinued items bay be returned.
3. All returns subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4. All returns are for store credit only!
5. NO RETURNS on wireless cameras, RF signal detectors, voice changers or SPY SHOP PRODUCTS!
6. NO RETURNS on defective equipment after 30 days of purchase.
All returns need to be authorized with a valid RMA # to be accepted. To obtain a valid RMA # call 505-796-1127, we will need your contact information, order number, model number, reason for returning item.
